I never believe how Aloe Vera product can really hydrate our skin until Idoori shared this toner with me!

When I first try this product, I was quite blown away! Wow. This doesn’t-look-very-promising-toner get absorbed by skin pretty fast! I can feel my skin loving it! My skin feels instead refreshed and totally soothing!! In fact I noticed that I had lesser breakout these days!!

Sometimes, I apply aloe toner not only to my face but my body too! Especially my hand! My hands are very dry and what I usually do is apply aloe toner after my shower and after that I will apply body lotion! Wah~ super hydrated all the way! When skin is hydrated, skin will absorbed nutrients better and less wrinkles too!!!

Aloe toner is really mild even sensitive skin is not a problem! It helps soothe the skin, remember?

Oh did I mention? The light aloe fragrance in this toner is very soothing too. It makes me look forward to using my toner everyday – at least it smells more soothing than makeup cleansing sheet! 😀

Will I buy again? Why not?? Although it’s aloe content is not the highest in percentage but I like the gentleness of this product!

My Loots from Preloot!!

After making my first purchase, I thought this was a pretty good concept for user to explore more local brands. Good local brands! Through Preloot, I actually get to know more local brands! I actually seen some brands before but wasn’t aware that they’re local brands – ie: Gummi! I thought they were from US or Europe.. (my gosh! How sua-ku!) & Bodhi too!!

Correct! this is my second pack of body scrubs from Basic Theory! I prefer this than the coffee one redeem earlier! the mild soothing lavender scent helps ease my mood and makes me feels relax after a day of hard work!!

OH!! This is GOOD! I never thought local brand can be this good – especially the night cream!! But to be exact, this is not really a local brand though. Flower2Grass2 originated from Hong Kong and is new in Singapore! Best part, it’s paraben-, colorant- and sulphate-free!! Pssst~ Only available on Preloot – that’s exclusive!

The night cream good for combination skin user (yes! finally something made for me!!)! Rose Geranium oil calms oily or irritated skin, such as eczema, acne & rashes. Skin appears radiant as a result. Hazelnut oil penetrates the outer layer of skin easily, leaving your skin silky smooth without any feeling of oiliness. Lavender oil is known for its anti-bacterial and anti-depressive characteristics; also rejuvenating skin by softening and lightening, an excellent solution to acne scars.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY The Little Black Beauty Box! Happy ONE Year Anniversary! This month’s box is a little costly but it’s just about S$2 more (I think..) for a box full of goodies!

If you have realize, it came in a PINK RIBBON this time round! It was a black ribbon for my Shiseido Box! & as usual, it came with a personalized note.. Curious about what I’ve got this month?? Scroll down!

JAM PACKED OF GOODNESS!!! All I can say is “wah” “wow” “OH” when I opened up the box! This box is filled with quantity and quality!!

First thing that caught my attention was….. Laura Mercier!

Yeah! Got a Foundation Primer and Foundation Powder in my box!

The foundation primer is a lightweight, creamy gel meant to be used prior to foundation, creating an invisible layer that acts as a buffer to outside elements. Leaves makeup looking fresh & colour-true the entire day.

If feels like since they can’t decide which to give so they throw in everything! Hahaha.. I like all the scent here but I’m not going into details about how each of them smells like! They all just smells great! I especially like the Salvatore Ferragamo (it reminds me of Hugo dark Blue??)!

This is the next thing that caught my attention! Sulwhasoo’s skin care pack!

Have you heard of Sulwhasoo? Sulwhasoo is a Korean herbal medicinal brand that embodies the wisdom and aesthetics of Sangseng. It’s pretty new in Singapore but I think it’s pretty popular in Korea!! Next, Korres Shampoo? This is quite alien to me! Aloe & Dittany shampoo for normal hair type, obviously from the bottle! I don’t need to tell u how to use a shampoo uh? However, what I can share with you is that a 250ml shampoo cost €12,75 (selling at S$28 locally, that’s pretty costly) and Korres is a brand from Greece, if I’m not wrong!

Ah HA! I’m sure you’re not alien with this!!! Macadamia is so so well known for this healing oil treatment! All beauty boxes are so recommending this to their subscribers! I got it for the third time already! What can this Healing Oil Treatment do?? LOTS!!

OK! I’m sure beauty freaks are gonna love this item! Eye shadow pencil from Nars! Aigle Noir is the color I’ve got here and I like it! Black base with gold shimmers. The first question that pops in my mind is…. “What is this man!??” Totally clueless like an ant!

From the word HYDRA Veil, I can more or less tells it’s something to do with Hydrating but veil..? hmm like a cover? a shade? Well.. I’m half correct.. This is a Hydrating Primer!

Vanity Trove X Cosmopolitan!

So here’s Goldwell Style Sign Full Rebel! Erm, I’m not really into this althought it promise good holding power! Why? Because it’s too sticky!! So much more heavier then whipped cream! As sticky as a glue! & it feels as if my hair is gona stick together (like tangle up).. Eeew… I prefer the curling cream iSalon recommended much much more!

This is the curling cream Susan recommend to me when i did my perm at iSalon! I ain’t that interested initially because I thought it works like a hair moose giving my hair a wet look throughout the day or a hair wax where the holding power is a nay.

However, to my surprise, it has amazing styling power! Why did I not use the word “holding” power? because it doesn’t HOLD your curl! You do not need to stand in front of the mirror and start grabbing/scrunching your hair! All you need to do is twirl your hair with this cream when it is almost dry then let your hair be.. You will get beautiful natural curls after that!! NO NEED MIRROR! I SOMPA (I swear)~! Best part about it is, it’s not expensive! S$19 for a bottle like this and each time all I use is just 2 pumps!

OK.. I’m so excited to see this, Laneige Snow BB Soothing Cushion! Sheet mask from b.liv by cellnique! I tried the Bright is Right mask and thought is good but not enough for me to come back again..

DEEP CLEANSING OIL from ZA!! Just nice I need a makeup remover!

This little one can perfectly removes stubborn makeup, pore impurities and clogged sebum. Leaves the skin feeling moist and silky smooth, never sticky. Well that’s what it says.. Let me try and update you guys again SOON!

Belif Oil Control Moisturizer Fresh! I’m currently using Belif products, they are great to start but after some time i realize the effect is no longer that effective. Is it because my skin got used to it? I still remember how it hydrates my skin when I first try them out! So ladies, you can consider this if you need hydrating products!

Straight to the point! See… You like my giftbox too?? Received this complimentary gift box (worth S$125) from Bellabox because I’m subscribed to them (again)! See… below was (part of) the email I received… Subscribe now (then) and receive a free $125 gift box!! Why not! It’s like paying $19.95 for 2 box!

Soooo, first thing that attracted me to get this gift box is because of this….!

Anna Sui 870!! A bright cheery yellow! Opaque yellow! Vivid yellow!

Well, that’s not the only thing that caught my attention! Another reason why I chose this gift box is because… it has twistband!!

Twistbands are really useful, pretty and most importantly.. cause no dents/damage/crease to your hair!!!

These are the 3 colors I received. basic black and white and a sweet pink that comes with a bling bling!

Next, shampoo & conditioner. I assume I don’t have to introduce this again.. I had received them so many time and i’ll sound like an old lady if I intro them again (like a spoil radio that keeps on repeating!)

Summary, it’s the scent that will keep me wanting to use it.. 😉

VEET! Hair removal cream… erm, not very useful for me as i don’t really have much hair to remove and if I really need to, I usually go to the experts.. LOL! Pampered me~

Last but not least… A very powerful sunblock!! SPF70!! Hell madness! hahahah! Armada Sport 70 is by VMV Hypoallergenics!

When i say blotting PAPER… It really is a piece of paper!! Not like those blue “elastic” sheet from (Johnson & Johnson) or translucent like tracing paper kind thin sheet! THIS-IS-REALLY-PAPER but probably a little more flimsy~ LOL!

UPDATE on 23 August 2013:

Cleansing sheet is approximately my palm size but definitely enough for one face! It smells very good (probably a typical Shiseido scent) and isn’t that sticky as compare to the previous cleansing sheet i tried!

My waterproof gel eyeliner is wiped clean in a few seconds. No sticky sensation nor skin irritation. For a more efficient but not recommended way of removing my makeup, i cover my face with the cleansing sheet and start wiping like I’m trying to towel dry my face.. I can see my BB cream came off, eyeliner all cleaned up.

It’s good but not good enough for me to purchase it again..Cleansing sheet is never my cuppa tea. I still feel that my makeup is not removed after using it.. 😦
