Straight to the point! See… You like my giftbox too?? Received this complimentary gift box (worth S$125) from Bellabox because I’m subscribed to them (again)! See… below was (part of) the email I received… Subscribe now (then) and receive a free $125 gift box!! Why not! It’s like paying $19.95 for 2 box!

Soooo, first thing that attracted me to get this gift box is because of this….!

Anna Sui 870!! A bright cheery yellow! Opaque yellow! Vivid yellow!

Broad brush is another thing I like about it!

Well, that’s not the only thing that caught my attention! Another reason why I chose this gift box is because… it has twistband!!

Twistbands are really useful, pretty and most importantly.. cause no dents/damage/crease to your hair!!!

These are the 3 colors I received. basic black and white and a sweet pink that comes with a bling bling!

Next, shampoo & conditioner. I assume I don’t have to introduce this again.. I had received them so many time and i’ll sound like an old lady if I intro them again (like a spoil radio that keeps on repeating!)

Summary, it’s the scent that will keep me wanting to use it.. 😉

VEET! Hair removal cream… erm, not very useful for me as i don’t really have much hair to remove and if I really need to, I usually go to the experts.. LOL! Pampered me~

I had this from one of my beauty box! It looks/sounds really good but i have not used it yet because the thot of having to wash away the mask makes me lazy~ hahaha

Last but not least… A very powerful sunblock!! SPF70!! Hell madness! hahahah! Armada Sport 70 is by VMV Hypoallergenics!

Sep Bellabox: Pink Me Up!

Hi All!! Are you excited already after seeing my subject?? Yes, it’s Bellabox time again! After soooo long! hahaha This months box is pretty amazing.. I LOVE IT!

Seee! So many items this month! First thing that caught my attention is….. *drumroll*

THIS! JJOYY Bubble Peeling Pad! I had never seen this! Have you… ? I went to do a web search per the website provided and realise.. this might be another good stuff I will fall in love with!

Since the skin cells around the skin are soft tissue, if roughly treated it will cause trouble in stimulation. But it needs to be removed in 28-days period cycle to prevent dead skin cells being clogged up on the surface of the skin. If clogged, it will cause darkening and dehydration, which leads to wrinkled and dried skin!

Oh did I mention? This exfoliating pad can be reuse up to 3 times after first use. Just have to hang it in your bathroom when your done with it. Saw from some site that this pad can be used on other area where dead skin cells can be found.. ie: heels? elbow?

Amazing product ya? Let me try it tomorrow and I’ll tell u how I feel about it!

Belif – Believe in Truth

Are you a Belifer? I am now!! hahaa.. Been wanting to try Belif for quite some time as i had rec’d their samples from those beauty boxes i subscribed.. Especially like the Hungarian Water Essence! I can really feel it giving my skin moisture and my skin doesn’t feels dry after using it during that period! So now, I’ve decided to give it a try!

These are the samples I’ve got during my purchase.. It’s not that they love me so much but.. more like i’m a kiasu* aunty who brought all my redemption leaflets, coupons & even referred a member! hahahaha!

*Kiasu is a Hokkien word that literally means ‘fear of losing’ (Vernacular Chinese: 怕输). Examples of kiasu behaviour includes accumulating too much food on one’s plate during a buffet lunch in case there is no more food later or joining a queue many days in advance just to ensure that one successfully gets hold of the limited free tickets to events, promotions and/or shows.

Mild and effective facial scrub

Creamy cleansing foam Moist

This cleansing foam for normal to combination and dry skin types, is made with natural cleansing and moisturizing properties and using foaming action to softly wash away impurities from your skin. Formulated with Soapwort rich in vitamin C and Wormwood to remove toxins, it produces clean skin without dryness after washing.

How to use? Take a penny-sized amount of the product in your palm, and lather it with water. Massage gently and thoroughly over face, and rinse with lukewarm water.

My thought? I like this! for my big face, i used less than a penny-size and it’s enuff to lather foam.. After wash i do not feel tightness on my face and my face feels clean too!i would definitly recommend this to ladies like me who have combination skin! (I have dry skin surface but oily T-zone)

Update on 26 May 2013:

To conclude my experience, dun waste time trying the scrub. The micro beads in the scrub is very minimum and doesn’t make me feel like it did its job.. 😦 There are definitely better scrub out there.. =X but the cleansing foam is definitely a good buy! Just a green bean size and u can cleanse your whole face!! Sweet!

Crystal cleansing foam Fresh

Hungarian water essence

How to use? After applying toner, pump two to three times in your palm and apply gently over the face, moving along the skin surface.

My thought? Very moisturizing! i like this very much! It looks a little like toner, a stickier version of toner.. Does not have any sticky sensation and get absorbs very quickly.. Naise!

The true cream – aqua bomb

With Napiers aqua formula containing Lady’s Mantle, often called “a woman’s hydrating herb,” this refreshing gel cream supplies instant moisture to the skin while forming a protective layer that wraps the skin in comfort.

How to use? After using essence or emulsion, dispense a sufficient amount, gently apply, and spread.

My thought? feels that it’s quite similar to Hungarian water essence, just that it’s more to cream type than water type. It did give me a more moisturized skin but i still prefer Hungarian water essence!

(First Aid) Transforming peel off mask

(First Aid) Anti-hangover soothing mask

My thoughts? erm.. it’s pretty sticky before u apply to you skin.. it’s like the cheese on the pizza when u are pulling it while it’s hot (but this mask is cool).. it’s may look beige in color but after you apply, it’s transparent. My skin feels quite soothing after applying it, idk why.. The next day when i wake up, i think the mask got fully absorbed into my skin~ Why i say that? because when i take my morning shower, my face doesn’t have those soapy feeling when i washed them! Good or bad?? LOL~

Peat miracle revital eye cream

Humic acid of peat extract in Peat miracle revital eye cream plumps up the eye area and its GABA element accelerates the composition of collagens, which helps to minimizes fine lines around your eyes and smoothes away wrinkles.

How to use? After applying essence or moisturizer, gently pat a small amount of the eye cream around and under the eye with the ring finger until absorbed.

And what have i decided to bring home?? Yes, these two products! Milky moisturizer Hydra balancing & Creamy cleansing foam Moist!

Have i not share with you the info for Milky moisturizer? Well, this moisturizer for normal to combination skin types (my type!!) is formulated with Sage extracts that help improve the skin’s effective balance between oil and moisture, and its natural capacity to hydrate to keep the skin moisturized and glowing with vitality.

How to use? After applying toner or essence, pump two to three times in your palm and apply evenly over the entire face, moving outwards from the center.

My thoughts? Great! no greasy or sticky feeling and so far so good!! 😀

For my mom, she bought home a Peat miracle revital cream. Similar to the eye cream but this is for the face!

August Bellabox – I Love Singapore

First thing first… Happy Belated National Day Singapore!!!

So here’s my Bellabox!! But before that…I’m disappointed with Courex! Got an email from Bellabox before national day saying that our boxes are on the way to us! Yippie…!! I waited and waited.. No sign of my box & it’s already been more than 5 days! 7 days to be exact.

So I decided to go online to check out the courier status. And to my HORROR (!), the status was…… “delivery unsuccessful – no one home” on 11 Aug!!! What is this!?!? There was no call to me from Courex!! Not even a delivery notice was found!!

I later wrote a FEEDBACK to Bellabox (cc Courex). Excuses are all I see from Courex! Was told that they try contacting my several time but couldn’t get hold of mi. (seriously, my cell was on 24/7 but I don’t see any missed call!) they even said there should be a note left behind and a lady from courex even told me I should have rec’d an SMS informing me of the delivery unsuccessful..

I only got one word for them.. Bullsh*t. If u din call means u din call. Stop being so defensive.

If this is going to happen again I think I might as well cancel all my subscription since I don’t feel being a valued member.. I can save some $$$ too if I cancelled them! I wonder where did that malay courier gone too.. Sigh..

A bit reluctant to finish up this post after this shitty incident.. But still, here’s my box..

Update on 29 August 2012: tried a few times.. like printed, it feels really like oil-free..so far so good but.. Like purity, it has this not very fragrance smell. mi no like. lucky i did not do an impulse buy at Sephora the other day! If u asked mi, i will say there are other better products out there that works the same but smells better! at least i feel more comfy using those.

and this kinda looks not bad!! hahahaha!

Update on 28 August 2012: This is nightmare.. this purity smell can kills! it did remove my makeup but i din apply a lot so i can’t comment if it is really good or just happen that my makeup is light. but still, i can’t get over the strong chemicated-like smell… i.. will not use this again seriously..

Next, Loreal Youth Code! i think will pass this to my mom..but again.. i wouldnt want my mom to look younger than mi!!! >_<

Update on 29 August 2012: I’ve tried this for about a week or so? hmm.. quite happy w the result. it din really make my face wrinkles-free like a baby but i can see that fine lines are now reduced! will definitely recommend this to ladies who wish to say bye bye to fine lines!!

Update on 27 August: Used this today! Mixed feeling.. hahaha..it feels so “nothing fascinating” about it when i press out a amount on my hand. However, as i massage on my face for few seconds (about 20-30 secs??) “ahhh..” is what came out from my mouth after that.. the flakes of dead skin starts appearing! SO i massage even moreee (hoping to see more flakes! – probably not! more flakes = more dead skin!?? gosh..) After im done massaging, i wash away with water and i goes “OOOH!!” again! (what now??) to my surprise, my skin feels soft and SMOOTH! really SMOOTH! if only i can use this everyday.. can i??

I have taken some pic of the product that was tested on my hand but i don have it now. Will upload it when i have access.. stay tune!

First thing first.. apologies for the LATE update! >_< been really really busy at work!! Anyway! here’s my trove!! The upgraded Tangs Beauty edition Trove (together with Egyptian Magic Cream)!! Just wana share.. VT mentioned bef that lucky ones will get their trove upgraded to Tangs Beauty trove. At first i really thot is selected LUCKY ones~~ but think quite a number of subscribers have been asking how to get this upgraded trove and blah blah blah.. after some time, VT finally clarified that subscribers who subscribed before 16th of the month (i think is 16th, or was it 14th???) will actually get their Trove upgraded! woohoo!! aint that good! & one thing i feel great about being a subscriber is… we actually get our trove at S$25!! & non-subs (purchased after that months subscription close) will have to pay S$30!! – or something like that..

Now here’s my Egyptian Magic Cream again!! tho it oily, but i still think its a good stuff!! LOL!! nvr too much to have them!!!

Review on 8 July 2012: tried it some time back.. If u were to ask mi, I will say this product is good. Cuz I feel kinda refresh after using this mask together with it, skin refiner & balancing emulsion. But if u wan instant whitening products, then I think u mite want to try something else.. Now I’m in a dilemma.. Shd I use Ettusais or Laneige??? Arrr!! Can’t decide!

This is sth new & yet not so new to me… new cuz i nvr really thot of exploring this brand bef.. but not new cuz i’ve seen this brand bef… LOL!! well.. i guess since i have a trial pack now, i can give it a try~

Interesting exfoliate foaming cleanser i see here! smell citrus-ty! reminds mi of bath salt! ^_^

Laneige – Multiberry Yogurt Peeling Gel

Trying outone of my new sample!! Laneige Multiberry Yogurt Peeling Gel!!!!! Aiyo!! Aiyo!! Aiyo!! i think this is the best peeling gel i’d use, in sense of smell!!! It smell sooo sweeet soooo yummy sooooo berry-licious!! made me so wana eat it!! oh no!! dangerous!! hahahaha!! i really love it!

Pinkish color almost creamy gel type! i still cant forget the berry-licious scent!! nothing special when i massage on my face.. but when i rinse off with warm water, i can feel my skin clean again.. kinda like this peeling gel!

Pardon the lighting.. just wanted to show u.. this gel is actually a bit rough.. but not those scrub-like rough.. very gentle very SWEET!! hahahaa! like the rinse off after effect..i feel really clean! not sure if i’ll buy it but chances are… i will! hahaha!
