Got this chance to send my aunt a birthday bouquet and was totally elated when ABF could let me customized my bouquet. I look back into my photos for flowers that I had ordered before (from other florist) and I found 1 bouquet which I would really love to see again!

Of course I’m not a greedy person, I do not need it to be exactly the same nor be a gigantic bouquet.. Something similar and decent size will do..

ABF responded that they could provide a similar bouquet with roses, carnations & eustomas! This got me even more excited!!!!

Until the day comes….. I was in great disappointment.

I requested for a picture prior sending the bouquet to recipient, none came in. That’s still fine..

When I rec’d the bouquet image from recipient, I was totally dumbed! I changed my clothes took my bag and went to her place immediately to see the actually bouquet!

How is this similar to what I requested? It’s not colorful, it doesn’t look vibrant, the whole bouquet just feels so dull. Frankly speaking, I’m wouldn’t be happy receiving this bouquet.

Tried to take a nicer picture from a different angle but i think I’m already too disappointed.

None of the bouquet picture makes me feel worth the money (yes, although it’s a sponsored bouquet, but I should still have my expectation).. All in all, if you want a customized bouquet, do it at your own risk. Ask me? Never will I do customized bouquet with them again.

To be fair, it’s not like all their flowers/bouquet is such a disappointment.. they have decent one online too! So if you would love to order from them, get whatever that’s online. At least there’s visual for you to see and you won’t get a shock from your customization.

Another thing worth mentioning, the bouquet comes with a lil note to tell you how to care for the flowers and there’s a pack of flower food too (which I didn’t take any pic of those, but u can google it), well that’s something I don’t see from other florist yet..

Will I buy again? Maybe not… until I see another bouquet that really wow me.

Pump bottles are always the best, or at least that how I feel. Clean and hygienic.. Most importantly, less messy!

Cant see much difference on my hand? Fret not, I did a quick swatch personally and I like the look!

So here’s me with my bare face, more like bear face.. LOL!

The shade I’m using is N54 Beige (somewhere light to medium shade)! The texture of this foundation is pretty smooth and it’s easy to blend out, all thanks to its light weight factor!

As for coverage, it did cover my freckles pretty well making them less obvious and I’m happy with it! I guess the half face comparison can speak louder than my words.

Now on my whole face? Ta-daaa! Matte but not flat! Totally loving the combination of this foundation!! Semi-matte and giving you a lil glow! Able to cover my freckles yet still remain light weight and doesn’t feels cakey!! Aiseh~ Best of all, benefit that can’t be seen, the vitamins infused in this foundation!

I got myself a shade 51 (light), a tone lighter than my own complexion. This way, it can act as a highlighter as well! How smart! Okay, anyway, I guess you won’t be able to see much from the hand swatch.. Fret not (again!!), because I swatch it on my face too!

Healthy Mix collection seems really worthy! Concealer light weight too and easy to blend! The cushion tip can hold quite a decent amount of concealer hence you do not need to dap and dap again to get enough coverage.

I don’t know about you but I think it’s doing a decent job here. at least it covers my eye ring and yet doesn’t give me 2 white patch eye.. You know..

Will I buy this again? Why not? Vitamin infused foundation leh, go where find? Haven’t I mentioned? I wear this foundation/concealer to work from morning to evening and my skin doesn’t feel dry nor cakey after a whole day!! I can’t tell if it’s really 24-hr hydrating but at least for 10-hr is no issue!

I had drank this for about a week now. I can’t say it changed me totally but I can see the radiance on my skin every morning when I look into the mirror! (Can’t be sure if that the glow of entering married life or.. LOL) Anyway, I do like this product as it’s sweet and easy to bring around. Bioderma’s makeup remover is by far my favourite product! So many competitor came up with similar, as good too, but none can compare to THIS!

My Happy Nails with Lil Cozy Nails

It’s my first time going to a home base nail salon and I’m glad I went to Lil Cozy Nails.

What brings me there? Because I’m tight on budget and my pre-wedding shoot is happening soon! How soon? NEXT DAY! I was searching in some facebook bride page and saw a few ladies recommended her service hence decided to give it a try..

Her price are very competitive!! Tell me where can you get a classic gel manicure for $20!? CLASSIC leh!

Anyway, I quickly contacted her to make appointment and hoping she’s available!! Thankfully she is but not the earliest slot, IT’S OKAY!! Anything slot will do now!

It case you’re wondering where is Punggol Walk, It’s just diagonally next to Punggol Waterway Point!! As soon as i arrive, our young lady boss (Clarice) noticed that I’m limping and showered me with love and concern! Not just verbal concern, she put them into action!!

She gave me ICE PACK!!!! (T__T) Touch until max can!!! Before coming over, I tripped and kissed the stairs, thus the limping~! It might not matters to you but tell me, has any nail salon gave you this kinda “special service” when they see you’re injured or hurt?

Pls don’t be so careless like me just for that ice pack! My foot almost broke after the shoot! Imagine high heels + sprain ankle!! 都快笑不出来了！

After much hoo-ha about the sexy foot, we started our manicure session.

Clarice started removing my existing gel polish, buff my nails, soak them, trim cuticles..

Throughout the whole process, there was not any moment of awkward silence. We just keep talking talking and talking. Very soon, she’s done with the cuticles!

Just look at them, I’m sure the difference are pretty obvious!! I’m probably one of her most satisfying customer – customer who gave her satisfaction, not the other way round.. !!

I actually feel happy looking at cleaned cuticles too!

The ombre blends so well!!! No hard line in between and Clarice even offered to do a coat of pinkish nude for me before the white ombre so that the nails will look healthier!!

She’s all out to make me a bride with beautiful nails!

Above is taken at night with indoor lighting.. No edit no filter!

And this is taken the next day while I’m on the road to bridal studio for my shoot! Natural day light makes it so beautiful! Cuticles are cleaned too!!! Oh Man!

Glanz 2 in 1 Eyelash Maximiser

Obviously this post is about eyeliner, not? There’s more than meets the eye!!

Before I go into details, let us watch a video first…

HOW’S THAT?? AMAZING RIGHT!? Eyelash maximiser day and night!! Grow your eyelash almost 24/7!

This is Glanz 2-in-1 Eyelash Maximiser from Germany!!

Day time look pretty with the eye liner. Night time apply the eye serum and go to bed!

One ‘pen’ two use! Convenient? Definitely!

Serum on one end and eyeliner on the other end!

The black eyeliner isn’t those super black or blackest black kinda black. It’s natural soft black but yet can give you the define look. Why? Because of it’s fine tip of course!

Alright, I’m not very good with drawing fine lines but hey at least it allow me to control the thickness I want, fine to thick..

However, do note that this is only water resistance not waterproof. So give it time to dry after you apply them.

I rubbed it across my hand just seconds after I put down my pen.. See the trail it left behind?

Wait a lil longer and the eyeliner will dry up slowly and kind rub proof..

Now let’s try it on….

Application was kinda tricky.. U’ll have to tilt the pen 45 degree to allow the ink to flow. It doesn’t work like our usual gel pencil where you can just land on your eye lid and start drawing.. Rather then me explaining.. Why not see below video for instruction!

If you’re a liquid liner person, this is definite for you! Eyeliner and eye serum all together!

And you think it will not be lasting since it’s not waterproof?? NO.

Above pic is taken after a day of hard work! Eyeliner still visible and clear! And if you are wondering why the other eye has no eyeliner.. that’s because I’d removed them prior to taking this pic!

Removal was pretty easy.. few wipes with my Bioderma and all gone.

Another day I tried it again.. And this time I did a two tone..

Even with a gel liner as base, this eyeliner is easy to “add-on” too..!
