Have some ice cream?

Heeelloooo! Today, I’m so excited to share with you a cute polish that was inspired by Cutepolish!

Do you prefer to view the video first!!? i think the video is very clear and she made steps so simple to achieve!!

So after watching her video, i started to dig out all my tools and colours! This time round, i used only 1 nail polish colour and the rest are nail paint (is this the term used??)! I nearly forgot i’d bought this nail paint quite some time back in 2012! So, now we can start!!

Like what was advised, a based coat is a must to protect your nails! after base coat, i applied OPI’s Sparrow me The Drama (Pirates of the Caribbean Collection)! This is the lightest pink i have in my stash!

Ain’t that bad.. still looks like my strawberry ice cream after my matt top coat! Got my matt top coat from Etude House (it was about S$10 i think..) Just a reasonable coat and you can see you ice cream foaming! LOL~ BTW, does top coat affects the colour? Because i feels that this pink looks lighter after i applied my matt top coat. It looks much darker in the bottle.. *ponder*

So with my nail paint, i start to dot the chocolate sauce like how cute polish does it! Not that bad.. this nail paint are pretty opaque and dries quite fast..! Although my chocolate sauce ain’t very good looking but i think my sprinkles looks worst! hahahaha!!!

But with the top coat, A GOOD TOP COAT, it looks much better now! At least the chocolate sauce looks more like a chocolate sauce now – tho the sprinkles din look any better! hahaha!

Looking from far, i think it’s great!!! hahahahaha!! Try to do your chocolate sauce today and start admiring them!

You can follow cutepolish from HERE (youtube) or HERE (facebook) for great nail art design!!!

Finally found time to upload ice cream nails on my fingers!! Yesh…. Yam! Taro! I love it!!! (& hate it at the same time~) it’s making me crave for ice cream with chocolate sauce & sprinkles!!!! Yam ice cream especially!! Argh…

Hope u guys like my taro ice cream too!! 😀
